Banners will mark out the warm up areas upon arrival, and parking is available on site (gates close 15min after class finishes).  Please be prompt as warm up sessions form part of the course and will not be extended for latecomers. The classes are run in the spirit of the great tradition of sportsmanship, and punctuality is expected from all to maximise the class outcomes.

Now you’ve made the choice to participate in the program, you had better get yourself ready! Its important to get enough sleep and eat well for energy and performance whilst in season as well as during
off-season training. Having the right equipment is also important.

For the sessions, please bring:

  Black shorts and socks
  Runners & mouthguard

Your FSCA t-shirt will be provided, but please bring a change of clothes to the session to change into.
