Resistance weight training compliments the conditioning training and sets a strong foundation to assist and improve power development and core strength which helps running drive, ability to get clear from tackles and kicking depth. Our resistance coach offers one on one training and/or program consultation. Biomechanics analysis in running and kicking is a focus at the top level, but its at the development level which it is more appropriately needed as players are limited in changing bad techniques as they physically mature. All players are individually analysed in running and kicking.<BR>&nbsp;&nbsp;<BR><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Sports Psychology:</SPAN></SPAN></DIV>
